Eric Kuersteiner is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various markets across the United States. He began his real estate career in 1991 in Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked for 10 years. During this time, he specialized in converting Brownstone single-family homes into multi-unit condominiums. In 2001, Eric relocated to New York City and continued to sell and flip homes in the city as well as on Fire Island, New York.
In 2004, he made a significant investment by purchasing and developing 80% of the commercial district in Fire Island Pines. Through his efforts, he successfully regenerated the downtown area and increased revenue six-fold. He eventually sold the operation in 2010. In addition to his real estate ventures, Eric owned and operated a construction and landscape company, which he later sold in 2014. He continued to sell and develop real estate in New Canaan and Greenwich, Connecticut, before moving to California in 2018. In California, he purchased a couple of farms in Northern California.
In 2022, Eric moved to Los Angeles and resumed his real estate career. He holds a Masters in Finance from Boston College, which has contributed to his success in the industry. Outside of work, Eric is passionate about giving back to the community. In 2005, he founded a charity called Fund in the Sun, which organized the Ascension Party. All proceeds from this event went to support LGBT causes, with a particular focus on programs helping gay youth. When he's not working or involved in philanthropy, Eric enjoys skiing, traveling, taking care of his four pups, entertaining, and great food.
