Jeff’s take: Single-family homes are still scarce across most of San Diego, with many neighborhoods under three months of inventory, so well-priced houses keep selling quickly. Condos are a different story: more supply and more room to negotiate in most areas. Rates above 7% make payment planning the first step for buyers.
